is Chief, on pretence of Revenue due to the Company, put up to Publick Sale a part of the Purgunnah, and deliver’d the Possession of the part they sold, to the Purchaser, turning out the Plaintiff from the Possession of that part of his Antient Inheritance: The Plaintiff alledges that before the sale of this part of his Land, he tender’d to the Company’s Servants all that was realy due to the Company, and in Order to recover his Land, from which he says he was unjustly removed in those circumstances, he brought an Ejectment in the usual form in this
