The Plaintiff was said to be a Man who carried on a small trade – the Defendant was said by the Witnesses for the Plaintiff to be a Money Lender and to be worth Ten or Twelve Thousand Rupees. The Advocate for the Defendant allow’d that the Defendant lent Money to the Plaintiff, that is, nigh One Thousand two hundred Rupees, which was almost the whole of what the Defendant was worth, and the Interest was to be paid monthly for the maintenance of the Defendant
