Aside, and if a sufficient Number of other Jurors appear, the Person objected to, is not sworn, and the reason for the Objection is not asked; but if there are not sufficient Jurors appear to make a Jury of Twelve for the Trial, without the Person objected to, then if the Prisoner chooses to Challenge that Joror, he must Challenge, and must shew sufficient cause.
