We thought it not an aggravated Case and therefore gave only
Dammages - - - 200 Sicca Rupees, & Costs.

An Action on the Case, with the several usual Counts.
An agreement was made that the Plaintiff should advance to the Defendant about Four Thousand Rupees at several times for the purchase of Wheat, some money had been advanced and some Wheat had been deliver’d, an account of both had been made out by the Plaintiff, and a Witness proved his shewing the account which was now produced to the Defendant on his acknowledging the balance there stated of Two Hundred and Twenty Seven Arcot Rupees to be justly due, and promising to pay it in Ten days.
We gave interest from the End of those Ten Days, at the Rule of Ten per Cent which is the interest the court usually allows
