Mr. Brix, Advocate for the Paupers, Moved in a Cause, where
Gower Hurry Podar - - - was Plaintiff
and
Tillock Seal. Defendant
That the Defendant may be discharged out of the Custody of the Sheriff in whose Custody of the Sheriff in whose Custody he is in Prison in this Cause, on a Writ of Execution, for a small Sum of Money, for which a Judgment was obtain’d as for Rent of a Peice of Land, which Land was afterward recover’d as the Land of the Defendant, held in the Name of the son of the Defendant, and there is Judgment in Ejectment accordingly.
The judgment in the Cause wherein Gower Hurry Podar was Plaintiff was obtain’d as Mr. Brix stated it, on the false Evidence of a Witness who swore he was present when Tilluck Seal agreed to pay Rent for the Land et sud
