I then ask’d him what was the discount. He said he had agreed with Mr. Harman at Nine per Cent and, sd he, if I can sell it at less than 9 per cent discount, including Dustoory, that will be my own profit; but if I can not sell it at a less discount than 9 per cent I shall have no Dustoory.
