1777. Sittings. Friday Nov. 21st.

Friday Nov. 21st 1777.

Rogooram Metre
v
George Hodgson.

An Action on promissory Notes and Receipts. No Defence.

Judgment for the Plaintiff
Dammages – 6700 & odd Rupees.

Several other causes were tried, in which there was, like this case, nothing in the least remarkable and therefore I do not even write the names in my book.

This day, only Impey, Chief Justice and I, John Hyde were present. Impey told me, though Chambers did not come into Court, he was very well.

54 (Fifty Four) Causes were in the Paper for these Sittings.
