1790. First Term. [Monday] Feb. 1st.

Mr. Burroughs, Moved to shew Cause against a Rule for staying proceedings at Law against Andrew Skiddy in an Action commenced against Andrew Skiddy by Hadjee Mehette. The Rule for an Injunction unless cause, had been made January 11th 1790 on the Motion of Mr. Davies, and on a long affidavit stating Transaction by Mr. Skiddy, as Agent in a Trade to Egypt in the year 1777, and Transactions relating to certain Bills of Exchange, and Indemnity Bonds, about that time.
