to be paid out of the Funds of the Church, we therefore wish to avoid delay, and to have a Decree for the smallest sum the Court may think due to us with Costs.
If before the Master the Defendant can shew there is a Balance due to him, yet it will not save him from Costs for his obstinacy in refusing to pay the Costs of filing the Bill when no other expence was incurred, and the complainants we willing to admit his account to be true.
