The Question of Costs is not now before the Court. If there is a chance of accommodation it is a reason for the delay of going before the Master. The Question now before the Court is whether the account shall be referred to the Master. The articles of the Musick and of Protest were money actually laid out for the benefit of the Church, though not for the building.
