If this were a Case of any Difficulty I should desire the indugence of the Court for not having had sufficient time to look into books, but this Plaint is so manifestly faulty, I have no need for such apology.
There are in this Plaint two classes of libels set forth, One of them Letters alledged to have been sent to the Governor General in Council, and others to a Committee appointed by them to examine certain charges against Mr. Joseph Price:
