letter of attorney of the purpose for which the said Charles Wyatt was so authorized namely to discharge the sum of money due and [ILL] by yor Orator the amount of which was specified in the said Recital to pay your Orator Sicca Rupees one hundred and forty per month for his family expences to account monthly with your Orator for all such Sums as he the said Charles Wyatt should collect by virtue of the said Letter of attorney and to apply such receipts with so much [ILL] as to protect and defend your Orator’s Landed Property or houses from being seised or sold as by the said Deed or Letter of attorney now remaining and being in the possession power or procurement of the said Charles Wyatt will, reference being thereunto had when produced to this Honourable Court, more fully and at large appear.
