account of your Orator and to which Schedule your Orator therefore begs leave to refer and prays that the same may be had and taken as and for part and parcel of this his bill of Complaint and charges that there is and remains due to your Orator from the said Charles Wyatt as appears by the said last mentioned account a Sum of Sicca Rupees Fifty four thousand at least, and that in addition thereto the said Charles Wyatt has and retains in his Custody power or procurement all and every the Premises Bonds Securities and Documents set forth and contained in the schedule hereunto annexed and marked with the letter A and C. And your orator further charges that the said Charles Wyatt has in his Custody power or Procurement a joint Bond of your Oraor and the said Charles Wyatt for the principal Sum of Sicca Rupees five thousand which was executed by them to the aforesaid Thomas Henry Davies and has been since delivered up by him to the said Charles Wyatt or assigned to some one in Trust for him the said Charles Wyatt on the said Thomas Henry Davies having received the amount thereof from him the said Charles Wyatt or from some person for and on his behalf and which Bond should be delivered up by the said Charles Wyatt to your Orator to be cancelled, as your Orator further charges that he never received any part of the consideration of the said Bond, but entered into the same merely as a surety for the said Charles Wyatt.
