and still is Justly honestly and truly owing to this Defendant from the said Complainant. This Defendant lastly Saith that in payment of such balance he is ready and willing to deliver up to the said Complainant all and every the Deeds Records Bills Notes Pottahs and every other paper that [ILL] was in this Defendant hands belonging to the said Complainant save and except such Securities as this Defendant in his said accounts has given the said Complainant Credit for And this Defendant further answering saith he denies all and all manner of unlawfull Combination and Confederacy wherewith he is charged without that that there is any other mater Cause or thing in the Complaionants said Bill of Complaint contained material or effectual in the law for this Defendant to make answer unto and not herein and hereby well and effectually answered avoided traversed or denied is true to the knowledge and belief of this Defendant all which matters and things this Defendant is ready and willing to aver maintain and proveas this Honourable Court shall direct and humbly prays to be hence dismissed with his reasonable Costs and charges in the law in this behalf most wrongfully maintained.
