said Complainant that he would ave and Defendant all his the said Complainant’s houses and lands from being seized or Sold by any of his the said Complainants Creditors.

In all which and Divers other particulars the said Complainant Humbly insists the said Defendants said Answer is Altogether evasive [ILL] Wherefore the said Complainant Doth [ILL] thereto, and Humbly prays that the said Dependant Maybe compelled to amend the same, and put in a full and sufficient answer to the said Bill of Complaint.
