Money paid, laid out and expended by the Plaintiff for the use of the Defendant, and at the request of the Defendant.
An Account settled by the Plaintiff and the Defendant’s Executor.
The Plea of the Defendant to all these Counts was that the Testator did not undertake, as alledged in those Counts.
After some progress in the Evidence for the Plaintiff, the Cause was adjourn’d.
