Mr. Dunkin objects –
1. Before any copy can be given in Evidence – the original must be proved
2. It must be proved to be a true copy.
3. The origl must be proved to have been lost.
In this case the dd is in Persian, of [which] the Wtses produced appear to be ignorant.
It remains to be proved that the deed produced, and which was compared by Abd al Azeez, with the copy now offered, was the genuine original dd execd at the time of the marriage
