in England or in Ireland, but he had kept Terms sufficient in One of the Inns of Court to have been admitted, or was nearly of that standing, and he was of University College in Oxford, and had attended the Common Law Lectures at Oxford, when Mr. Chambers now Sir Robert Chambers, was Professor of the Common Law of England in that University and Read the Lectures there, established according to the Will of Robert Viner Esquire the Editor of an Abridgment of the Common Law of England.
