On the part of the Defendant it was insisted that Plf could not be entitled to anything for in attendance on Mr. Campbell in Calcutta, because it is admd that he was a servant of the Company, and it is proved that to be Mr. Gowdie’s duty to attend the Company’s servants when sick in Calcutta.
As to the attendances at Chinsura the Deft endeavoured to prove that they were not more than 3 or 4: but his own wtses proved sevl attendances in addition to those proved on the part of Plf
