Impey said, in any future Action intended to take the Judgment of the Court on this Claim of the Company, I hope care will be taken to have the best legal advice on drawing the Justification. Mr. Newman, Advocate for the Company in this Cause, answer’d – What they consider’d as the very best advice, had been taken in this Case. He meant Sir John Day had advised in this present Cause, and I know he [ILL] use of the words “the Company’s Advocate General” in some part of this Discourse, and I beleive it was at this part of it. Impey did not now take any notice of the phrase “The Company’s Advocate-General” though he had at least twice before, on those words being used in Court said “we know nothing of any such Person” or words to that effect, which Sir John Day has made great complaints of.
