After a short motion or two in Equity causes, the Court proceeded to finish the business of the Session, by pronouncing Sentence on the under named Prisoners; and hearing some motions respecting criminal matters.
The Recognizance of [ILL] White on the prosec— of Md Takki dischd no bill having been found.
Will Mangeon, appearing, according to his recognizance, to receive the Judgment of the Court for the Assault of which he has been convicted, he is now sentenced to pay a fine of 500 S. R. and to be imprisoned till that fine is paid. The prisoners who have not yet received their Sentences were then put to the Bar.
