Though it now appears that the origl agreement between the Complainant & the Ranny Jannoky is not the true foundation of the Complt’s present claim which is for money that he paid to the Deft in consideration of Salt which Deft promd to deliver but never did deliver to him; it may nevertheless be of some use to us perhaps in forming our Judgmt if I here insert a translation of that agreemt: After which I shall extract from the Depositions different Calculations of the amount of the several sums paid by the Complainant, and of the quantities of salt delivered with the value threrof.
