The Plaintiffs are not properly Church Wardens although they call themselves so in their Bill, but they are Trustees slected at a meeting of the Roman Catholic Inhabitants held in the Church Yard, the Church being kept shut by the Vicar.
The Defendants claim to hold over from a former Election, having as they say an authority from the Bishop of Maliapour so to do.
