and also that he the said Charles Wyatt should deliver up to your Orator to be cancelled the Bond a Copy of which is contained in the Schedule hereunto annexed marked with the Letter B, upon receiving or being allowed in the aforesaid account to be by him given to you orator such Sum of money as might be desired and taken to be a just recompence for his the said Charles Wyatts Services and trouble in the execution of the aforesaid Trusts. And your Orator did not in the least doubt but that said Charles Wyatt would have so done. But now so it is may it Please your Lordships that the said Charles Wyatt Combining and confederating to and with diverse other persons to your orator unknown but whose names when discovered your orator prays may be known inserted and they made parties.
