jointly and faithfully to discharge the [ILL] reposed in and undertaken by him as aforesaid and for that purpose to pay all and every of the Sums of money which he had received for and towards the discharge of the Debts due by your Orator as aforesaid and to come to a just and fiar account with your Orator, and to pay to him what upon the Balance of such accounts should appear to be due to him, and if any such balance should appear to be due to your orator after the payment of all his debts then that the said Charles Wyatt might deliver up to your Orator all Deeds writings property and security for money cancelled or uncacelled as should all the aforesaid houses and lands granted and conveyed to the said Charles Wyatt upon the trusts and to and for the interests purposes expressed in the instruments aforesaid
and
