remaining or being in his Custody possession or procurement, and to reassign and recovery to your Orator all the aforesaid Land, and Houses granted and conveyed by your Orator as aforesaid to him the said Charles Wyatt, and also that the said Charles Wyatt be decreed to deliver up to your Orator to be cancelled the three bonds if Satisfied executed as aforesaid by your Orator and the said Charles Wyatt to the aforesaid Thomas Henry Davies, Radacaunt Chuckerbutty and Bolloobycaunt Doss. And also the aforesaid Bond executed by your ORator to the said Charles Wyatt upon his receiving or being allowed in the account to be taken between him and your orator such Sum of money as may be decreed to him by this Honourable Court as a just recompence for his the said Charles Wyatts trouble in the Premises and that the said Charles Wyatt may be restrained from proceeding further at Law upon the said Last mentioned Bond [without the Defendant Charles Wyatt may come to a just bond fair account with your Orator respecting the several matters in the Pleadings in this Cause mentioned and that upon such account being so taken the balance found on the same maybe directed to be paid to the Party to whom the same shall be found due.
