knowledge and been inserted by him in the said last mentioned account and that the said Charles Wyatt may be decreed to discharge and perform the several Trusts hereinbefore mentioned, and to come to a just and fair account with your Orator and to pay to your Orator what may appear upon the balance of the said account to be due to him, and also if any such balance do appear to be due to your Orator after the due performance of other the trusts contained in the aforesaid Deeds then that the said Charles Wyatt be decreed to deliver up to your orator all the aforesaid Deeds writing property and Securities for money cancelled or uncancelled now
