This Cause was put off by the Plaintiff, by the Consent of the Court, after it had been call’d on, and it will probably be discontinued, or at least the Plaintiff will proceed no further in it.
It is certain the Plaintiff can not obtain redress elsewhere, for the turning him out was an Act done by Mr. Hosea, late [Chief, misspelled] at Moorshedabad, by express Order, as it was said, of the Governor-General and Council, and (I think) is so stated on the Notice of Justification
