in this behalf ought to be observed we have thought fit and do this thinking fit to proceed to the giving our definitive sentence or final decree in this Cause in manner following (to wit) For as much as by the acts enacted deduced alledged exhibited propounded proved and confessed in this Cause, we have found and it doth evidently appear unto us that the Proctor for the said Edward Comerford McNamara [ILL] sufficiently and fully founded and proved his [ILL] in a certain Libel and other Pleadings and her exhibit given in exhibited and admitted on his behalf in this Cause and now remaining in the Registry of this Court (which said Libel other Pleadings and Exhibits we take and will have taken [ILL] if here read and inserted) for us to pronounce as hereinafter is pronounced and that nothing at least Effectual in Law had on the part and behalf of the said Sarah McNamara been excepted delivered alledged exhibited propounded
