proved, or confessed in this Cause which may or ought in any wise defeat prejudice or weaken the intention of the said Edward Comerford McNamara therefore We the said Sir Robert Chambers, John Hyde Esquire and Sir William Dunkin the Judges aforesaid having first called upon the name of Christ and having God alone before our Eyes and having heard Counsel in this behalf do pronounce decree and declare that the said Edward Comerford McNamara and the said Sarah McNamara being free from all matrimonial Contracts and Espousals ([saving?] to each other) did at the time and place in this cause libellate contract true and lawful marriage between each other, and did Solemnity or cause the same to be Solemnized at Patna in the Province of Behar in the year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred and Eighty one, and afterwards consummated the same by carnal copulation and mutual to habitation and that the said Edward Comerford McNamara and the said Sarah McNamara
were
