This is an Ejectment, for One Cottah of Ground in Molungah in Calcutta.

Mr. Tilghman; Stated the Title of the Lessor Tilluck Seal to be; that he bought Eleven Cottahs of Ground, of which the Cottah in question is part, and took both the Bill of Sale and the Pottah, in the name of his Son.
I found Mr. Newman, Advocate for the Defendant had observed this fault in the Demise, and therefore, I said to Mr. Tilghman. “I find Mr. Newman has observed the defect in your Demise; The Demise is alledged by the Father, and you Open a Title in the [ILL] It is in vain to attempt
