1778. Sittings. Monday April 6.

Chambers & Hyde.
I waited for Chambers till 10o45’ and then I went into Court and heard a few motions some in Equity Causes which we all agree may be made at the Sittings, and One in a Cause now set down for Trial, which I order’d to be put off till next Term on the affidavit of Mr. Michael Riddel that the Defendant had not sufficient notice of trial [the?] Defendants and their Witnesses living at or near Boglepore, on Payment of Costs, the name of the Cause is
Anupe and Boola

Radakissen and Chomroo Metre.

After Chambers came, the cause was call’d on, of Ramjoy Day
v
Diddarew [Austagur?]
