the length of the Zemindar’s Arm from the Elbow to the Tip of the middle Finger, and if Successor was of full growth, then the length of his arm was taken as soon as he succeeded to the Possession of the Zemindarry and became the standard of the Haut and consequently of the Begah, but if the Zemindar was an Infant, then the Measure of the arm of his Predecessor, remain’d the Measure untill the Zemindar in possession arrived at his full growth.
The Five Begahs and Two Cottahs in Question in this Cause, are part of the Ground occupied by Colonel Watson, for the purpose of making Wet and Dry Docks for the Use of Shipping.
