Sat: March 20th 1779.

Sepulram
v
James Creassy.
An Action like that tried yesterday for assault, and like that, tried Ex Partê for want of a Plea.
The like case was proved, with only this difference, that in this Cause of Sepulram the claim demand of the Ten Rupees was explain’d to mean, so much, said to be a debt due to One of the Workmen employ’d by Colonel Watson, and not money advanced by Colonel Watson, for Work to be done, which remain’d undone.
Mr. Creassy, was present in Court to day as well as yesterday, and wrote some thing with a Pencil, but said not any thing.
