An Ejectment for One Cottah of Ground in the Burrah Bazar, in Bazar Calcutta.
The Plaintiff claims by several Grants Lands adjoining to the Seite of the Chowputtrah or Watch House of the Fousdarry Cutcherry first Granted about Thirty years ago: which Seite he insists extends to a drain which he says is the boundary between his Ground and the Defendant’s: But the Defendant insists the Ground is his, on both sides of the Drain, quite to the Wall of the House yet standing, which was the Chowputtrah.
