In Consequence of a letter addressed by Ensign P: Chabert (A prisoner for debt) to Lord Cornwallis and by him communicated to the judges; Mr. Chabert, the subject of whose letter is a charge of misbehavior against the Jailer, is now brought up and desired to mention the particularly the several acts of which he complains, in order that a day may be appointed for him to give evidence of the Truth of his complaint.
