Saturday June 9th 1781.
The First Day of the Sessions of Oyer and Terminer, and Gaol Delivery.
In the Twenty First Year of the Reign of His Majesty George the Third, of Great Britain France and Ireland King &c.

This Sessions began on the Ninth of June as the [Rules of] this Court requires when the Tenth is on a Sunday.
Sir E. Impey was not very well and therefore did not come into Court to day.
Sir Robert Chambers and Mr. Justice Hyde came into Court at Ten Minutes after Ten.
Only the Honourable Warren Hastings Esquire and Francis Edward Wheler Esquire were call’d to attend
