as against Robert Dobinson, nothing remains but to pronounce the Decree: I will now dictate the Minutes of the Decree, and when it is drawn out in form it must be brought to me to be sign’d, and to each of the other judges so that it amounts to the same thing, as if we had the assistance of my brother Chambers now.
Mem: I [John Hyde] intend to get a copy of the Decree when sign’d, and to insert it in this Book.
Kennaway admits by his answer that he has received from Palk all that was due on his Mortgage, and says he is ready to submit to any Decree the Court shall think fit to make.
