Judges, but also under the Seal of the Court, because the Act of Parliament seems to treat the Evidence to be taken as in the Supreme Court of Judicature at Fort William in Bengal, and not meerly as Commissioners authorized and required by the King’s Command in his Majesty’s Writ of Mandamus to take the Evidence.
