Because of the sum of Ten Thousand and odd Current Rupees mentioned in the promissory Note, which was an Error in favour of the Plaintiff Huzzery Muul; and of an Error made in the Calculation made May 13th 1781 of above Seven Hundred Rupees which Error in the Calculation made May 13th 1781, of above seven hundred Rupees which error was in favor of Mr. Tolfrey the Defendant.
