The several Gazettes of Hicky which were annexed to the affidavit sworn this day, were read.
Impey. It is within the Knowledge of the Court, that a still more infamous paper was dispersed; called Hicky’s Gazette Extraordinary, the Prosecutor certainly can show (shew) on affidavits that such a Paper was circulated and at what time.
