1790. First Term. [Monday] Feb. 1st.

Mehettee had no right to sell on credit, and that therefore as his Bill related to the Losses sustain’d by having given credit, the Injunction ought not to be granted.
His argument and reading some of the Papers employ’d so much time, that the reading of the remainder of the Papers was deferr’d untill to morrow, it being three o’Clock in the afternoon.
