The Reading the affidavits in this Cause, and the Papers annexed, which was begun yesterday was continued to day.

I never felt the Difficulty of my situation than at present, in following a Gentleman who has already set in the most advantageous light every argument I could use, but as Mr. Burroughs has completely cut up my argument, so I hope he has fully cut up every pretence for this Injunction, which has been prayed.
