a great number of Actions which have been brought by Plaintiffs not residing in Bengal: or that this Action for Slander is different from other Actions, I shall think Sir Paul Jodrell has a right to bring this Action. 11thly As to the variance between “femate” and “female” the case of Rex v Peach is a compleat answer, a Variance is only material when it makes a word of a different sence.
