two names as Joint Attornies, but only One name, because the Court thought that where the Number of Attornies was limited, two ought not to be permitted openly to join, although perhaps, if it did not appear on record, so as to oblige the Court to take notice of such a Partnership, the Court might wink at it, Causes in which two might have already appear’d as Attornies jointly, should be suffer’d to continue, but not to be done in future.
