Had long ago, determined having at some time, been subject to the Jurisdiction would not do.
The saying to the Laws thereof is Nonsence, and therefore we could not reply to it, and having demurred we may avail ourselves of the Demurrer.
Now to the Second demurrer. The replication shews why the Statute of limitations should not apply. It is shewn that Agha Hadjee the Testator commenced his Action within Six Years after 22nd Oct. 1774 when this court was established.
Impey, The Mention of Adauluts is a Departure which is a cleaver answer.
