Gentlemen of the Grand Jury.
I can not but have the pleasure in observing to you that there are few Prisoners in the Calendar, and still fewer whose offences are capital. I might therefore dismiss you with a short reference to what you have formerly heard from my brethren and from myself.
But I propose to detain you some time with
