1790. Third Sittings. [Tuesday] July 13.

This was an Action for Rent. The Defence was that the House and Godowns were lent Rent Free. But the Court thought that defence was not proved.
The Trial of the Cause begun in the Term July 8th and was adjourn’d to this day.
There was Judgment for the Plaintiff.
Damages - - - 1820 Sicca Rupees
And Costs.
The Defendant was an Armenian Merchant.
