Sir Robert Chambers, Mr. Justice Hyde, and Sir William Jones all agreed in Opinion that much more was proved in the Cause to be due from the Defendant to the Plaintiff, than the Sum of Sixty Four Thousand Current Rupees and some odd Hundreds, beyond all Sums proved on the sett-off to be due to the Defendant.
