Intitled to appoint a Guardian, but on the Court putting the Question to him, he said he was between seventeen and Eighteen, on which Mr. Justice Chambers doubted whether the son must not take the administration himself, and Mr. Davies said he would now withdraw his Motions, and consider of it before he moved again. He said the thought administraton could not be granted to an Infant because a Bond must be given for the due administration.
